Inspection Process
On the day of inspection we will meet with you at your new home at the time specified, we can discuss any concerns you may have and give you a chance to ask any questions before we start the inspection.

Inspection Report
Our report will list all areas that we have inspected, next to each snag or defect identified, there will be a photograph and description to help locate around the home. Once the inspection is completed, report will be emailed to you in PDF form within 48 hours, this then allows you to forward on to your builder with ease.
Follow up inspection
Our follow up re-inspection provides home owner with the peace of mind that your builder has rectified the snags and defects identified during initial inspection to a satisfactory standard.
